Two-Beads
The Boy Scouts of America has created and hosts locally-run advanced leadership training and development called Wood Badge. Two-Beads is a course management system for the Wood Badge course staff to take away the redundant paperwork portions of leading the course and allow all directors, staff, and participants to focus on the content of the course.

What Two-Beads offers me as a Course Director
The first few tasks that every new Course Director does are the same for every Wood Badge course held. They need to create a cloud drive folder, create a spreadsheet of potential staff members, start putting together a working course schedule, organize their copies of the curriculum and figure out what reports need to be turned in when and to whom.
Two-Beads is designed to help the new Course Director with all of these tasks so that they do not need to re-invent the wheel for each new course. The course schedule is already in a format that is easily manipulated. Staff assignments and communications are easily shared. No Course Director wants to do paperwork. It is about the people.
